On-Hand Fundraisers

With the LockerOrganizer On-Hand option you hold a fundraising event with the LockerOrganizer available for immediate purchase.  Estimate the number of LockerOrganizer you want to have on-hand to sell, place your order, and we’ll deliver it in time for your fundraiser. No payment is due with your order—and you can return any LockerOrganizer that don’t sell.

The On-Hand fundraiser kit will include (at no cost):

One pre-ordered Locker Organizer for a sample

2 Posters to publicize your event – Additional posters can be purchased.

Product description cards – Post card brochures describing the product.

Two full size brochures

Individual order form (for you to copy).

You decide on the LockerOrganizer selling price for your fundraiser. The suggested retail price is $7.99. Your cost per LockerOrganizer is based on quantity ordered:

50 or more: $4.25 each + shipping

20–49: $4.50 each + shipping

Less than 20: $5.00 each + shipping

Payment for your On-Hand order is due following your fundraiser. Cultural Assistance Products accepts checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. At your fundraiser, payment for individual purchases should be made to your organization.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Pick a date for the fundraiser. An event attended by parents is a good choice because they will recognize the value of the LockerOrganizer.

2. Publicize your fundraising event and how the proceeds will be used.

3. Decide on your selling price.

4. Estimate how many LockerOrganizer organizers you want to have on hand to sell. Estimate 20% - 30% of the total number of lockers at your school.  We recommend one color for each fundraising event.  That way you can alternate colors for annual fundraising events.

5. Complete the LockerOrganizer On Hand Fundraiser Agreement and fax it to 281-383-3773 at least 3 weeks before the fundraiser.

6. Cultural Assistance Products will deliver your On Hand fundraising kit promotional material and LockerOrganizers by the dates you’ve requested. You will be billed at shipment (but payment isn’t due until after you hold your fundraiser).

7. Display LockerOrganizer posters around your school. A blank space on the posters is available for you to specify the fundraiser date, contact person, price, etc..

8. Display the sample LockerOrganizer at your fundraiser event.

9. Payments during your fundraiser should be made directly to your organization, not Cultural Assistance Products. After the fundraiser, pack up any left over organizers and ship them back to us within a week. There is no restocking fee, but you will need to pay the freight. Please notify us of your return order and fundraiser code.

10. Pay “Cultural Assistance Products” for your order by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
