With the Locker Organizer Pre-Sold option your fundraising team will distribute the Locker Organizer card, cover letter and order form to your school’s student body and take orders. You then place a group order with us, we ship it to you, and you distribute the individual orders. It’s that simple. For the Pre-Sold fundraiser kit will include (at no cost): • One Locker Organizer for display • Two posters to publicize the fundraising event • Product description cards • Customized cover letter and individual order form (for you to copy) • Group order form You decide on the Locker Organizer selling price for your fundraiser. The suggested retail price is around $8.00. Your cost per Locker Organizer is based on quantity ordered: 50 or more: $4.25 + shipping 20–49: $4.50 each + shipping Less than 20: $5.00 each + shipping. Payment for the Pre-Sold option is due with your order. Cultural Assistance Products accepts checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard.
Follow these easy steps: 1. Pick a date for your fundraiser. Asking for orders to be turned in one week to ten days from the date you distribute information is plenty of time. 2. Determine what the profits will be used for. This should be stated in the cover letter you distribute with the Locker Organizer product card. People are more apt to buy if they know what the money will be used for. 3. Decide on your selling price. 4. Calculate the total number of brochures you need. You should have enough for each student and staff member at your school. If you’d like to include other organizations in your town that use lockers, be sure to consider them in your calculations. 5. Complete the Locker Organizer Pre-Sold Fundraiser Agreement Form and fax to 281-383-3773 at least two weeks before the date you plan to distribute the brochures/order forms. 6. Cultural Assistance Products will send you the number of brochures you requested plus either a template or customized version of the cover letter and order form. Make as many copies as you need and put them together with the brochures. 7. Display Locker Organizer posters around your school. A blank space on the posters is available for you to specify fundraiser dates, contact person, price etc... 8. Display the Locker Organizer ideally in a central location. 9. Distribute product cards and order forms. 10. A few days before the orders are due, remind everyone about the due date. 11. Collect orders and payment, which should be made directly to your organization, not Cultural Assistance Products. 12. Place order with Cultural Assistance Products. Payment is due with your order. We accept check, money order, Visa or MasterCard 13. Cultural Assistance Products will deliver your order by the date indicated on your Fundraiser Agreement form. 14. Distribute the orders. Have some extra cards and order forms on hand for those who missed out on the first order. 15. Enjoy your profits and our Locker Organizer!
